For salons, gyms and fitness studios

You are not a booking desk. You are mid-appointment.

Every client wants the same things confirmed. Is there a slot today. What does this service cost. Do you have a trial pass. Each one arrives while your hands are busy with someone else.

This page shows exactly what a helper does for a place like yours, and what it does not.

A phone filling with unanswered messages A phone shows six unread messages at 7:15 in the evening. Beside it, four customer questions sit unanswered, each marked with a red dot. 7:15 pm 6 unread Free slot tonight? Price for a haircut? Trial pass available? Open on Sunday? ...and two more
Messages arriving with nobody to answer them.

What your day looks like

You are mid-appointment when the phone buzzes about a booking. You cannot leave a client half done to answer it, so it waits, and so does the caller.

The caller who gets no reply books at the studio down the road, and you find out only when they stop coming altogether.

  • Booking questions arrive while your hands are full
  • Same price and slot questions, client after client
  • Missed calls during appointments get no callback

What changes

The same questions get answered from your own price list and slot calendar - cost, availability, trial passes - whatever the hour.

When someone wants to book, it takes the details and confirms the slot, rather than leaving them to call back later.

The part that matters: it never confirms a slot your calendar has not marked free; a double booking costs you a client's afternoon and their trust.

The same messages, now answered Two customer questions receive immediate answers. A third falls outside what the business has written down, so it is passed to the owner instead of guessed. Free slot tonight? Yes, 6:30 pm open. Shall I book you in? Price for a haircut? Rs 400 for a cut. Rs 600 with wash. Trial pass available? Not in my list — passed on
It answers what it knows, and hands you what it does not.

“But I don’t have any documents”

You do. Every price list, membership plan and slot calendar already answers what clients ask at the counter, and all of it can be searched instead of repeated.

Everyday paperwork becoming searchable Five kinds of paperwork this trade already keeps feed down into a search box, which answers a question in plain words and cites where the answer came from. Price lists Membership plans Slot calendars Trainer schedules Client packages What does a monthly gym membership cost? Rs 1,800 a month, per the price list. You keep the paperwork exactly as you keep it now. Nothing to re-type, nothing new to learn. Figures shown are an example, not a promise.
Paper you already keep, turned into something you can ask questions of.

Questions it answers for you

Which slots are free today. What a package actually includes. Which trainer is on which shift. What a client asked before their last visit.

Questions it answers for your customers

Is there a slot today. What does this service cost. Do you have a trial pass. Is a particular trainer available.

What it will not do

It will not double-book a slot. It answers from the calendar you give it. Keep the calendar current, or it will offer a slot that is already taken.

It will not give fitness or medical advice. Diet plans and injury questions need a trainer or doctor, not a form reply. It passes those to you.

It will not replace your front desk. It clears the repeated questions so your staff can focus on the client standing in front of them.

Any figures about results are marked [TO CONFIRM] until we have measured them properly for a business like yours. We would rather show you a gap than a number you cannot check.

Try it before you decide anything

Open the helper and ask it what your clients actually ask. If it looks useful for your studio, tell us your prices and slots and we will set it up.
