You are not an enquiry desk. You are running classes.
Every admission season the same questions arrive by the dozen. What are the fees. Is there a seat left. When do classes start. Each one needs a proper answer, and you are mid-lecture.
This page shows exactly what a helper does for a school like yours, and what it does not.
What your afternoon looks like
Parents call during the one free period you have. You are also handing out worksheets and settling a dispute over a missing notebook.
By the time you call back, some parents have already enrolled their child somewhere that answered first.
- → Admission questions arrive all day, every batch
- → Calls during class hours go unanswered
- → Same fee and timing questions, over and over
What changes
The same questions get answered from your own fee structure and batch timings, whatever the hour a parent asks.
When someone asks about a specific child's progress or a discount, it says that needs you directly, and passes it on.
The part that matters: it never quotes a discount or a seat that is not confirmed in your records; a wrong promise is one you have to keep or explain away.
“But I don’t have any documents”
You do. Every fee structure, batch timetable and syllabus sheet already answers what parents ask at the gate, and all of it can be searched instead of repeated.
Questions it answers for you
Which batches still have seats. What the fee structure actually is. When the next exam or PTM falls. What a parent asked before enrolling.
Questions it answers for your customers
Is there a seat left. What are the fees. When does the batch start. Is there a demo class.
What it will not do
It will not discuss a child's marks. Individual progress needs a teacher's judgement, not a form answer. That stays a direct conversation.
It will not confirm a discount. Only you decide who gets a concession. It points parents to you instead of promising one.
It will not guess at seats. It answers from the count you give it. If that count is wrong, so is the answer.
Any figures about results are marked
[TO CONFIRM]
until we have measured them properly for a business like yours. We would rather
show you a gap than a number you cannot check.
Try it before you decide anything
Open the helper and ask it what parents actually ask. If it looks useful for your school, tell us your fees and batches and we will set it up.
