For wholesalers, distributors and small factories

You are not a call centre. You run production.

Every buyer wants the same things checked. Is the order ready. What is today's rate. Can you match this quantity. Each one pulls you off the floor mid-shift.

This page shows exactly what a helper does for a business like yours, and what it does not.

A phone filling with unanswered messages A phone shows six unread messages at 6:55 in the evening. Beside it, four customer questions sit unanswered, each marked with a red dot. 6:55 pm 6 unread Order 4021 ready? Rate for HDPE today? MOQ for this item? Dispatch by Friday? ...and two more
Messages arriving with nobody to answer them.

What your shift looks like

You are on the floor checking a batch when a buyer calls about rates. Then another about an order number. Then another about minimum quantity. None of it can wait, and neither can the line.

By the time you call back, the buyer has already placed the order with someone who answered.

  • Rate and order-status questions all day on the floor
  • Calls during production get missed entirely
  • Minimum order and dispatch questions, every buyer, every day

What changes

The same questions get answered from your own rate list and order log - price, minimum quantity, dispatch dates - whatever the hour.

When a buyer asks about a custom quantity or a rate you have not set, it says so and passes it to you instead of quoting a number you never agreed to.

The part that matters: it never quotes a rate you have not entered; a wrong price on a bulk order costs far more than a wrong price on a single item.

The same messages, now answered Two customer questions receive immediate answers. A third falls outside what the business has written down, so it is passed to the owner instead of guessed. Order 4021 ready? Yes, packed today. Dispatch tomorrow. Rate for HDPE today? Rs 96 per kg, for 500kg and above. Can you do 50 tonnes? Not in my list — passed on
It answers what it knows, and hands you what it does not.

“But I don’t have any documents”

You do. Every rate list, order log and dispatch note already answers what buyers ask before placing an order, and all of it can be searched instead of repeated.

Everyday paperwork becoming searchable Five kinds of paperwork this trade already keeps feed down into a search box, which answers a question in plain words and cites where the answer came from. Rate lists Order logs Dispatch notes GST invoices Quality certs What was the HDPE rate last week? Rs 94 per kg, per last week's rate list. You keep the paperwork exactly as you keep it now. Nothing to re-type, nothing new to learn. Figures shown are an example, not a promise.
Paper you already keep, turned into something you can ask questions of.

Questions it answers for you

Which orders are ready to dispatch. What rate you quoted last week. What the minimum order quantity is for an item. What a buyer asked before their last order.

Questions it answers for your customers

Is my order ready. What is today's rate. What is the minimum quantity. Can you dispatch by a given date.

What it will not do

It will not quote a rate you have not set. It answers from the rate list you give it. Update the list first, or it will give yesterday's price.

It will not check the physical stock. It answers from your order log, not the warehouse floor. Keep the log current or the answer will be wrong.

It will not negotiate a bulk deal. Custom quantities and special rates need you. It passes those enquiries straight through.

Any figures about results are marked [TO CONFIRM] until we have measured them properly for a business like yours. We would rather show you a gap than a number you cannot check.

Try it before you decide anything

Open the helper and ask it what your buyers actually ask. If it looks useful for your business, tell us your rates and we will set it up on your own price list.
